Consistent daily schedules support student focus, group activities, and seamless drop-off routines for all families.

Latest Arrival: 9:00 AM
Regular school day covering academic instruction, hands-on learning centers, guided reading, and enrichment activities.
Before Care: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM ($10/day). After Care: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM ($10/day). Combined Before & After Care is $20 per day.
Students must arrive no later than 9:00 AM to transition smoothly into the morning circle and daily learning routine.
Tuition & Payment Information
Tuition is due weekly. A $25 late payment fee applies to overdue balances. Placement is secured upon deposit payment.

Attendance & Arrival
Families must submit the following items prior to their student's first day of classes:
Students should arrive on time and no later than 9:00 AM to participate in the daily learning routine and morning welcome circle.
Health & Wellness
To keep our learning community safe and healthy, students must be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to school following an illness.

Withdrawal Policy
Families must provide 30 days' written notice to the administrative office when withdrawing their scholar from the academy program.
